Senior officials from private universities and colleges discussed the implementation of the Ministry of Education's new proposed constitutions for private higher educational institutions. Mr U K Menon, who led the workshop said that the proposed constitutions do not give adequate attention to company law and the principles of company governance stipulated in the Malaysian Companies Act 2016.
