The Malaysia Higher Education Blueprint 2015-2025, published recently in 2015 is an ambitious document that attempts to transform the face of higher education in Malaysia and bring it in line with the best systems in the world. The seminar aims to explore the document and its recommended 10 shifts to develop higher education. Participants will be taken through the bases on which the recommendations are made and be invited to contribute their own thoughts and assessments on what is proposed in the Blueprint. At the end of the seminar, participants should be in a position to lead discussions on the Blueprint or engage in further analysis of the document and its content.
