The rights of both students and staff are determined largely by the terms of their contract with the university. However, there is a whole range of other rights that are not recorded in formal contracts that arise from the respective status of students and staff. Many of these other rights are seldom understood or simply ignored. We advise on student and staff rights and will assist if a case is taken to the courts.
