This two-day programme examines the laws relating to the establishment of educational institutions in Malaysia, the legal framework establishing liability for educators and institutions followed by a close examination of how the courts have decided litigation concerning the duties of institutions to their students and judicial approaches and construction to such matters as educational standards and the contractual duties of institutions.
