Fifty-one participants from Tanzania, Kyrgyzstan, and Indonesia completed the first part of two capacity building programs funded by the Nama Foundation in Kuala Lumpur.

ACADEMIA is designed for teachers in universities and higher education institutions whilst CATALYST is for higher education administrators.

The two programs share a unique feature – they are delivered on a blended mode combining two sessions of face to face tutorials that will be held in Kuala Lumpur and online learning spread over 12 months through a dedicated learning portal.

NAMA, which means growth in Arabic is a Foundation founded to empower the education sector and civil communities organization throughout the world. Nama empowers through institutional grants and partnerships, supported by excellent project management and sophisticated result measurement tools.

Espact designed both programs for Nama Foundation and is responsible for the delivery of both programs.
